find our paintings do not match what we described we¡¯ll
re-paint it for you or return the fund. If you chose money
back, please return the paintings within 7 days after
receipt and we¡¯ll return the fund to you. Meanwhile you
have to pay for return shipping fees.
3. What is the packing method?
A. Unframed paintings will be rolled and sturdily packed
tube packing with plastic layer between paintings;
B. Stretched packing: 10 piece a carton, only for shipment
by sea;
C. Framed paintings will be packed in a carton with four
corners protected by papers.
4. How can I place an order
with ZochArt?
We¡¯ve an online order system for our customers, if you¡¯re
our registered customer you can place order of what we
displayed on our website. Or you may send the item number
or the pictures of what you want. We¡¯ll paint for you
in compliance with your demands.
For the payment, the nomal way is after we receive your
order , Our term is you should pay half of your amount
first. Then we will email you the photo image what we
have finished take from actual painting you orders to
let you confirm. If you have any problem , you can request
our arttist to modify the product for you until you satisfied.
You pay the rest after you satisfied before shipment done.
You still have our service after you received our paintings

ZochArt do hand-painted portraits in oil on canvas from
photographs?
Yes we can paint a variety of subjects, including oil
portraits of children, wedding couples, family, corporate

6. Does ZochArt produce paintings
on other materials besides canvas?
Yes, we produce the paintings on Canvas commonly. And
we also produce on linen or board or others you need.

7. How long will it take for

It¡¯ll be four to five weeks after advance payment received.
8. Does ZochArt produce the
paintings not shown on this site?
Yes, if you don't see the Painting you want please contact
us and send us the photos if you have or tell us the source
where you find them. We¡¯ll paint it for you as you desired.
9. How close are ZochArt Reproductions
to the Originals?
Our portrait paintings from photographs are very good.
Send us your photos and we¡¯ll reproduce it on canvas.
No one can reproduce 100% alike as original photos. We
would make our efforts to let the reproductions 90% similar
with the originals.

We do not purchase paintings from third source. All reproduction

There¡¯s no minimum order requirement for first test orders. $2000 is the normal minimum order.
